hahaha.
makanan ruji aku sekarang :



FITNESS + low fat milk



dlm usaha nak diet oteyh. ;)
so :
  • NO fast foods
  • NO air gas
  • NO ice cream and sweets and chocs * aiyak. aku temakan Kisses and Daim td. chait.
  • NO bende goreng2
  • kurangkan mkn nasi
  • NO keropok2, kacangs, tempeyek, etc. * yg bile kunyah ade bunyi kraakk kruukk, sume aku ban. :p
  • NO dinner * skrg jgn ajak aku kuar lg time mlm. hahaha

** eh eh. patutnyer aku xleh cite psl prog diet aku d sini. takot xmenjadik. tp da TERtype. nk wt cm ne. LOLS.
